Our data comes from aggregated, anonymised performance metrics across 100+ hotel properties in Thailand, spanning boutique luxury resorts, mid-range hotels, hostels, and serviced apartments. We track occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, channel mix, direct booking performance, marketing ROI, and guest behaviour patterns over multiple years.

Every data point published on this site is derived from actual booking and revenue records. We do not publish estimated market data or rely on industry surveys. When we say the average direct booking share for an unmanaged Thai independent hotel is 8–13%, that number comes from measuring it across dozens of properties before active management began.
